The founders
Sarah & Courtney bonded 8 years ago over their mutual love of unearthing great talent, as they built a bespoke cross-discipline agency team, as well as their shared obsession with new skincare products.
They have continued to work together across a range of agency models and client groups solving complex people problems through the entire employee experience from recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, to organisation design and off-boarding with care.
Sarah
Sarah’s career in advertising and marketing spans more than 25 years. She’s held several roles across media, creative, client and talent management, with rich experience in growing diverse teams, creating creative cultures and meaningful employee experiences.
Courtney
Courtney is committed to empowering people to deliver sustainable human-centric strategies that transform businesses for success. She has an extensive creative, design and digital agency talent network having worked with some of the best in London, Sydney, and Melbourne.
